How We Can Help
-
Better Pregnancy & Birth
Pregnancy brings some of the most physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging days for many women. By normalizing maternal physiology and restoring balance in the pelvis, mums can feel more comfort, move more freely, and enjoy their pregnancy more fully.
-
Optimal Fetal Positioning
Having a balanced pelvis means your baby is more likely to get into a good position for birth.
When the pelvis is misaligned or uterine ligaments are tighter on one side, the uterus can twist. Even a slight external twist can create significant internal tension, making it harder for the baby to rotate into an optimal fetal position.
Chiropractic care is wonderful for managing these bone and ligament imbalances, and restoring normal pelvic function

Is chiropractic care safe during all stages of pregnancy?
The short answer is yes.
The Webster chiropractic adjustment gently realigns the sacrum, which can help release tension in the uterus. With that tension relieved, the baby may have more freedom to move into an ideal position for birth. This technique does not apply any direct force to the baby and is both very comfortable and exceptionally safe throughout all stages of pregnancy.
Starting care earlier on in pregnancy allows more time to support balanced pelvic and nervous system function. Regular chiropractic care throughout pregnancy may contribute to a more comfortable experience and a safer, easier birth for both mother and baby.
